Happy Lunar New Year!






Happy Year of the Snake!



I hope those of you celebrating are filling your hearts with love, your days with relaxation, and your bellies with delicious feasts!



I say it year after year, but it continues to hold true– I LOVE Lunar New Year because it feels like a second chance to have a fresh beginning to the year. While January 1st seemingly arrivesĀ  too soon after the buzz of Christmas, Lunar New Year signals the coming of spring --Ā and with it the energy to actually take on my goals for the year!



While rest may be a top priority this week, I look forward to the movement and renewed motivation that is soon to come! And using the lessons of many an- abandoned-by-February New Years resolutions of years gone by, I know that simply wishing for my goals is of little help. It’s creating a plan of action that paves the way to success.



So, this week, in lieu of missing out on making memories while lamenting about holiday weight gain or getting wrapped up in self-criticizing, lay the groundwork for your health goals.If more movement is on your list of goals for 2025, make the plan and commit NOW!



ā­ļøCheck your calendar and book your in-person Zumba classes with me in Taipei for February! (And take note: I'm offering Family Moves by Katie on 2/4Ā at 11am for you and your little ones!) When you schedule your exercise it’s more likely to happen!



ā­ļøSet an alarm, give yourself a break during the day, and dance with me at home with my online Zumba classes!Ā Short, convenient workouts are the perfect way to introduce more activity into your life!
