Hello, holiday time!
As many of you know I’m gearing up to globetrot and take a three week break away from work starting this Friday – but that doesn’t mean I’m leaving you high and dry when it comes to your favorite, fun workout. Imagine that when we come back to in-person class we feel just as great, if not better! AND I have a special promotional price because I want you to keep moving THAT much!

1. Set Goals and Mix It Up:
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week (that's an average of 30 minutes, 5 days a week ) or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise a week AND 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity each week.
Choose a variety of classes: Zumba to raise the heartbeat for cardiovascular health like Vacation Vibes express, strength training for different muscle groups such as Core Crusher and Awesome Arms, and gentle classes that focus on active recovery, dynamic stretching and balance such as Gentle Groove and Balance Boost.
2. Listen to Your Body:
Mix and match the classes you want to take each day according to how much time you have and your energy level! Take each class an unlimited number of times during the month.
Don't push too hard, especially with this summer heat! Take rest days and modify workouts as needed.
3. Make It Fun & Stay Connected:
Find classes you love and take them multiple times to master the moves! If you're having fun, you'll stick with it.

How might it look to plan out your week of movement?! Let’s look at an example schedule you can adapt!
Monday: Awesome Arms (15 mins.) + Core Crusher (10 mins.)
Tuesday: Lower Body Burn (15 mins.) + Shake and Shine Express (20 mins.)
Wednesday: Balance Boost (10 mins.)
Thursday : Tropical Staycation (1 hour)
Friday : Awesome Arms (15 mins.) + Lower Body Burn (15 mins.)
Saturday: Core Crusher (10 mins.) + Rise and Shine (20 mins.)
Sunday: Gentle Groove (30 mins.) or go for an easy walk.
Remember: This is a sample. Adjust it to your schedule and preferences. The key is to find a routine you enjoy and can maintain!
