Give Thanks or Just Give Yourself a Break!

Thanksgiving in 2020
It’s American Thanksgiving time again, but for those of us who celebrate the day, this year will be unlike any other. 2020, to put it mildly, has been a challenge, or as per many popular memes, it’s a total dumpster fire.
Coming up with things to be thankful for when many people are out of work, stressed, or can’t get together with family, is going to take some creativity! Shooting a quick message of thanks to a friend who has shown us support this year, or just being grateful that 2020 is almost over are more than sufficient celebrations. Alternatively, we can focus on the “giving” part of the holiday and do a kind action or give a word of encouragement to others or ourselves. The point being, whatever you are feeling capable of this year is fine, “give” yourself a break and do nothing if that’s what you need!
We in Taiwan are exceptionally fortunate to still be able to gather . For that, and for all of you, I’m extremely grateful! Just last week we had a lovely luncheon to chat, eat, and cut our Katie Moves Taipei logo T-shirts. Stay tuned on Instagram and Facebook for more photos of various styles you can make yourself. Don’t forget preorders are open again until 11/28, so there’s still time to get yours! And if you live internationally, we can also figure out a way to get you yours!
Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you again for being a part of our community!
