來這邊報名，就能得到一堂免費通行證。

• 週二 12:30 - 13:30 在 HRC 教室
• 週四 12:30 - 13:30 在 HRC 教室
• 週六 11:00 - 12:00 在 Flying Dance 菲舞教室

報名須知：

1. 輸入你的姓名與電子信箱，即可得到免費通行證。
2. 在收到含有免費通行證（QR Code）的 Email 後，請至 課程報名表 中報名你想參加的時間課程。請注意：教室的空間有限，為保持上課品質請務必報名來保留你的位置。
3. 在課程當天請帶你的QR Code、水瓶、運動服以及運動鞋，還有準備好盡情享受！

通行證使用規則：

1. 請 務必 至 課程報名表 中報名你想參加的時間課程。
2. 一人只能使用一張通行證。
3. 僅供 HRC的課程（週二12:30 與 週四 12:30）與菲舞的課程（週六 11:00 - 12:00）使用 。
4. 請於 2019 年 3 月 31 號前使用 。

How to sign up: Enter your name and email address to receive your free pass QR code by email. Once you receive your email, follow the enclosed google form link to sign up for the day and time you wish to attend. Please note, class spaces are limited due to the size of the classrooms. You must sign up on the google form in order to secure your spot! Bring your QR code, a water bottle, exercise clothes and shoes on the day of class, and be ready to have fun!

Rules:

1. You must sign up on the google form in order to secure your spot!
2. Limited to one pass per person.
3. Free class pass may be used ONLY at HRC (Tues. 12:30 & Thurs. 12:30 ) or Flying Dance (Sat. 11:00)
4. Free class pass must be used by March 31, 2019.
